Shipping policy

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Most packages will be prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days, unless a different processing time is stated on the product listing.

Shipping speed depends on the delivery method selected and paid for by the customer at checkout. Processing time is separate from the shipping carrier’s estimated delivery time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear through the shipping carrier.

Orders placed during holidays, weekends, severe weather, or periods of high order volume may experience processing or delivery delays. Higher Healing Witchery Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after a package has been shipped.
