✨ Ways to Use Chamomile

Use in abundance charm bags, sleep or dream sachets kept near the bed, peace jars, prosperity bowls, altar offerings, petitions, crystal grids, meditation spaces, or gentle cleansing work.

Although chamomile is used cosmetically in some properly formulated products, this particular product is packaged and sold for altar/spiritual purposes only, so do not use it in baths, skin preparations, foods, or teas. Chamomile can also cause allergic reactions in people sensitive to ragweed, chrysanthemums, daisies, and related plants. 

🏠 Cleansing Guidance

Open windows first. Begin at the rear of your space and work toward the exit, including corners, mirrors, doors, and thresholds.

After releasing unwanted energy, intentionally welcome peaceful or loving energy back. This can be done without smoke using bells, singing bowls, prayer, music, or spoken blessings.

🌿 Smudging vs. Smoke Cleansing

General energetic burning is smoke cleansing. Smudging refers to specific Indigenous sacred ceremonies.

Use a properly rated cauldron, loose-incense burner, charcoal-safe burner, heat-resistant fireproof bowl, or legal outdoor fire pit.

Never leave burning herbs unattended and always ventilate.
